Very pleased and grateful !! Had my AC system go out on Saturday evening 7:00 PM. I called and they immediately set up an appointment for the earliest one available which was the next morning on a Sunday. I was so grateful as I have dog’s and kids. It was extremely hot. All of a sudden they called me back within a few minutes they had a cancellation and they were out to my house within 1 hour. Saturday night by 9:00 PM I had cold A/C it was fixed!! I am very appreciative to Carla and Frank for the professional service and kindness. Frank the technician came out and was very pleasant very professional explained everything to me took his time did a fantastic job in the middle of the night on a Saturday evening. We had an excellent experience with Cam and the entire team at House Comfort Solutions. We initially reached out because we were experiencing issues with our AC unit. Cam came out, inspected the system, and quickly identified several solutions to help keep our existing unit running more efficiently while also improving the air quality in our home, which was especially important to us with small children. What really stood out during that first visit was that our unit was already 14 years old, yet Cam never pressured us into replacing it. His focus was on getting our current system functioning properly and giving us practical options rather than trying to make a sale. A few weeks later, the unit began freezing up again due to its age, so we reached back out about replacement options. Cam provided a very competitive quote, thoroughly explained our options, and gave us recommendations for improving the new system, including adding MERV filtration to improve our home’s air quality. They were originally booked several weeks out, but knowing we had small children and couldn’t realistically go that long without AC, Cam found a way to squeeze us into the schedule the following week. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. The entire House Comfort Solutions crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived around 9:00 AM and had the new system installed and running by approximately 3:00 PM, while also cleaning the ductwork throughout our home. Replacing an AC system is a significant expense and a big decision with a lot of variables. We asked plenty of questions throughout the process, and Cam and his team took the time to answer every one of them and make sure we were comfortable with the equipment, installation, and overall solution. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely seems focused on taking care of its customers rather than simply trying to sell the most expensive option. Cam and the House Comfort Solutions team earned our trust from the first service call through the complete system replacement. Frank Martinez of House Comfort Solutions came out on a Sunday in mid-August and quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system. He didn’t have the necessary parts in his truck to complete the repair but assisted us with a temporary “fix”, immediately called in the order, and returned the following day. At all times, Frank was professional, and on Monday the repair was completed. Having HVAC problems on a weekend could have been a nightmare, but thanks to House Comfort Solutions we weathered the heat quite well. We would recommend this company with 5 stars!

Frank took the time to answer many questions I had about how to properly maintain the HVAC unit. He was happy to share his knowledge and give me valuable tips. Frank was friendly and personable and very thorough inspecting the unit indoor/outdoor and proceeding with the maintenance.

I seriously can’t tell you how amazing this company is. I used another company for years and now I regret it. These guys go out of their way and I’m not easy to please. Their service tax will climb inside of your air conditioner to clean it out. yeah I wanted to get the Florida lizards out of there. I ask him to show up at 8 AM and he shows up at 7:30 AM. People like this just don’t exist anymore. I would tell anybody who is going to use this company to go ahead and use them. The pricing is incredible. They are trustworthy and these are things you can’t find in today’s world …. As long as I have air-conditioning, they’ll be the ones that I call
