Venom Pack™ Condenser

Most Excellent work. Explained everything and was extremely detailed in the progress of our service. Well done! Tech is a STAR! Well done! Great job! Captain Stoll.

Excellent and efficient work the tech then took the time to explain the status of our unit. Thank you.

Cam and his team do a phenomenal job of telling you what’s really up. I’ve often been ready to spend more money, but they often talk me out of it. one of the only A/C companies I’ve ever dealt with that wanted to save me money. Thank you House Comfort team!!!

Excellent experience with House Comfort Solutions! Their service was prompt, communication was outstanding from start to finish (shout out to Frank for being amazing), and their pricing was very fair. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality service!

Condensation pump needed to be replaced under warranty. Cam & Frank did a good job and was quick! Thanks for the good service!

Highly recommend if you have not done it yet definitely get their maintenance plan. They take all the worry out of the A/C for you.

Very pleased and grateful !! Had my AC system go out on Saturday evening 7:00 PM. I called and they immediately set up an appointment for the earliest one available which was the next morning on a Sunday. I was so grateful as I have dog’s and kids. It was extremely hot. All of a sudden they called me back within a few minutes they had a cancellation and they were out to my house within 1 hour. Saturday night by 9:00 PM I had cold A/C it was fixed!! I am very appreciative to Carla and Frank for the professional service and kindness. Frank the technician came out and was very pleasant very professional explained everything to me took his time did a fantastic job in the middle of the night on a Saturday evening. I am so very grateful Thank you!!

Awesome service and attention

The guys did a great job with the removal and install. They took their time, weren’t rushed and the end result looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services.

We had an excellent experience with Cam and the entire team at House Comfort Solutions. We initially reached out because we were experiencing issues with our AC unit. Cam came out, inspected the system, and quickly identified several solutions to help keep our existing unit running more efficiently while also improving the air quality in our home, which was especially important to us with small children. What really stood out during that first visit was that our unit was already 14 years old, yet Cam never pressured us into replacing it. His focus was on getting our current system functioning properly and giving us practical options rather than trying to make a sale. A few weeks later, the unit began freezing up again due to its age, so we reached back out about replacement options. Cam provided a very competitive quote, thoroughly explained our options, and gave us recommendations for improving the new system, including adding MERV filtration to improve our home’s air quality. They were originally booked several weeks out, but knowing we had small children and couldn’t realistically go that long without AC, Cam found a way to squeeze us into the schedule the following week. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. The entire House Comfort Solutions crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived around 9:00 AM and had the new system installed and running by approximately 3:00 PM, while also cleaning the ductwork throughout our home. Replacing an AC system is a significant expense and a big decision with a lot of variables. We asked plenty of questions throughout the process, and Cam and his team took the time to answer every one of them and make sure we were comfortable with the equipment, installation, and overall solution. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely seems focused on taking care of its customers rather than simply trying to sell the most expensive option. Cam and the House Comfort Solutions team earned our trust from the first service call through the complete system replacement. I highly recommend House Comfort Solutions for HVAC maintenance, repairs, air-quality improvements, or a full system replacement. True professionals and a great customer experience from start to finish!

Frank Martinez of House Comfort Solutions came out on a Sunday in mid-August and quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system. He didn’t have the necessary parts in his truck to complete the repair but assisted us with a temporary “fix”, immediately called in the order, and returned the following day. At all times, Frank was professional, and on Monday the repair was completed. Having HVAC problems on a weekend could have been a nightmare, but thanks to House Comfort Solutions we weathered the heat quite well. We would recommend this company with 5 stars!

Frank took the time to answer many questions I had about how to properly maintain the HVAC unit. He was happy to share his knowledge and give me valuable tips. Frank was friendly and personable and very thorough inspecting the unit indoor/outdoor and proceeding with the maintenance.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better crew. Thanks for all you’ve done. Guys are awesome.

Outstanding group of men who came and serviced our company. Timely and no additional “surprise” cost. Best of all when they left, we could not tell they were ever there, cleaned up in every location they were in, and that was a lot. Highly recommend this company!

The tech was on time professional and very knowledgeable and did a good job

The technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left. Very efficient and pleasant.

Fantastic service as usual! Frank was polite and personable.

HCS diagnosed the AC problem that shut my system down, repaired it successfully, at a reasonable price. What more can a customer ask of a company?

Simply the best!

I’m very happy with the service I received, I definitely will recommend it ! Thank you for the great service, and I cannot forget that Frank Martinez was the guy who did my Service today and he was very friendly, respectful and he did a great service! My mother and I were very thankful, he came with another guy but I forgot his name, they both were so great!.

Great and quick service

I called due to my a/c not blowing cold and within 30 minutes someone arrived and it was fixed immediately. Great service, would highly recommend!

They replaced both of my central ac units in one day, left the area cleaner than it probably was before they arrived and gave me one hell of a deal! The crew is always friendly and knowledgeable. Cant recommend House Comfort Solutions enough!

Wonderful experience with very knowledgeable technicians! They solved my problem within minutes and had me back up and running. And the price was beyond reasonable:)

Expert attention to analyzing system for finding the best solution

Great bunch of people.

I seriously can’t tell you how amazing this company is. I used another company for years and now I regret it. These guys go out of their way and I’m not easy to please. Their service tax will climb inside of your air conditioner to clean it out. yeah I wanted to get the Florida lizards out of there. I ask him to show up at 8 AM and he shows up at 7:30 AM. People like this just don’t exist anymore. I would tell anybody who is going to use this company to go ahead and use them. The pricing is incredible. They are trustworthy and these are things you can’t find in today’s world …. As long as I have air-conditioning, they’ll be the ones that I call

I have a yearly contract that is so convenient and affordable for 2 service calls yearly. Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable

Able to diagnose a problem two other technicians with another company were unable to.

House comfort solutions gave me a very good deal on a new 2 ton split HVAC system. They returned every call and showed up on time. Cameron was very polite and professional. Totally happy with them.
